Beyond grateful to God (Jesus Christ) for 18 years of playing football and walking away without any major injuries🙏🏾 I’m moving freely and honestly in the best shape of my life!

I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’ve learned to embrace where I was, change what needed to change, pivot, and trust the process. I am still growing, still building and still chasing more. 💪🏾🔥

God, I’m Grateful🙏🏾

Built by Grace. Driven by Discipline.

Watching college football as a former D1/professional athlete motivates me more than anything.

I remember what it feels like to live that lifestyle — the early mornings, the long practices, the pressure, the brotherhood, the sacrifices, the adrenaline of game day… ALL OF IT!

Now I get to watch from a different perspective, but that fire never leaves🔥

It reminds me why I train, why I coach, and why I refuse to get comfortable.

Football gave me a standard that I still carry with me today. That’s the cheat code!

So yeah… when I watch the game I feel like I’m back on the field 😂🔥

Different arena. Same mentality. 🏈🔥

Been hitting the track lately to sharpen my running for HYROX, and it took me right back to the track workouts we used to do in football. 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

I recommend track work to a lot of athletes because it complements so many sports. Learning how to run efficiently, develop speed, and master sprint mechanics can take your overall athleticism to another level.

Learn to run. Learn to move. Become a better athlete.

Watching Thomas overcome fear, push through failure, and build confidence has been special to witness. ⚾️

I think the fresh haircut had a little something to do with it😂because today he put that confidence on display with a new Woodway Curve PR — 11.4 → 11.9 MPH. 🔥

The number is great, but the growth behind it is even better. This is only the beginning. Let’s Get It🧱

Meet Drew Klyza✅ 3 Sport Athlete‼️

He has attacked every workout, every rep, and every training session with one goal: get better!

Football. Wrestling. Track.

Different sports, different demands — but the same work ethic.

Now we’re seeing that work translate from the gym to the field, the mat, and the track, and the results speak for themselves. 📈🔥

This is what happens when you consistently put in the work, embrace the process, and refuse to take a day off from getting better even when it’s tough!

The work is showing. And we’re just getting started. Let’s Keep Stacking Drew🦾
