A year ago today I gave my life to Christ so to celebrate I decided to run a marathon. I decided to use Isaiah 46:10 as my scripture for the journey because often times God shows us a vision of the end but doesn’t show us everything that we will endure en route to the end. I had no doubt that I could complete a marathon BUT I had no idea that I’d also be put through the WORST thing I’ve ever went through to get there 😂🤧.

Hindsight, I’m glad that I took on the challenge and conquered it. I learned so much about life and myself over the course of those 26.2 miles and most importantly was able to experience God’s ability to intercede on our behalf when we call on His name aloud in the face of adversity 💙 by @jordan5k

ATL takes over NYC!

Walked 1.2 miles to and from the venue

It was an amazing experience to compete with my brother against the best, with the heaviest, in honor of our loved ones, for God’s glory 💜
