Feeling so vulnerable posting my naked back on the internet but Roxy at @riseup_medical.wellness gives THE best massage!!

This was my first time adding cupping and it won’t be the last! I don’t know the science but something about the negative pressure relieves back pain, muscle stiffness, and improves circulation - adding an extra layer to your self care routine

they offer a TON of services so if you go, tell them I sent you! by @jordan_elllis

september photo dump

sept was full, fast + fun! the pups had their first vet appt (AND Benny broke his leg), beach trip for work + corn on the cob, we celebrated a full year of beljoy so naturally, I made a cake that no one could eat (for looks only, duh), crafted a little here and there, had a day at Epcot, took my siblings to see the Savannah Bananas and my yellow flower got all of its blooms!

also, fun fact: we had a *slight* issue with wasps so we added wasp duty to Matt’s honey do list by @jordan_elllis

we finally named the boys! benny + beau
they’re so fluffy, sweet and attached at the hip

benny (the lighter one) is playful and spunky while beau is so chill, sleepy and content being alone
