Disasterpeace - VIKTOR (OST)

A documentary directed by Olivier Sarbil

Viktor, a young Deaf man in Kharkiv, watches warily during the early days of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. A fan of samurai films and raised on stories of war, he dreams of becoming a warrior but is repeatedly denied when he tries to enlist. The Guild Wars 2: Visions of Eternity expansion has come to a close with this final quarterly update Code of Creation. And with the finale came some huge music. It was an honor to work with @composerben and @beatbubble who knocked it out of the park with some big combat cues on a tight schedule. Thanks also to @dylanlovemusic for the solo instrument contributions.

I am so so grateful to work on this game with this team and all the amazing composers that have had a hand in the sonic footprint for the last two expansions. I love the @guildwars2
community, because if the players didn't care so much about the music, we might not get to keep bringing it at this level.

Mixed by Simon Ratcliffe and team at @soundandmotion_studios (atmos mixes as well)

In-game and OST stereo masters by me

There's a 2 LP Vinyl coming soon from @materiacollective with all the music from the whole expansion including the previous work from @bryanatkmusic and @brendoncomposer by @jordan_fehr

Mastering is your final creative stage, and the final QC stage for your music. It is invaluable to have an outside set of ears who can collaborate 1-on-1 with you to get your music across the finish line.

Let's work together.

Get in touch with me with any questions, I am happy to chat.
