‼️ LIFE UPDATE ‼️ This is definitely bittersweet (cliché, I know) but I’m going back to my roots. 🦩

The NAVY brought my husband and me to WA in 2010. I had never lived outside of Florida at that time (I was in my 20s) and I’ll admit, I didn’t enjoy my first year here. However, that did change and I grew to absolutely love it! While here (far from any family or friends) I enrolled at the @uwtacoma for communications, completed my internship with @realstevepool and ultimately made my dreams a reality. We left after almost five years, went to Charleston for a few and then came back here in 2017 for my husband’s final tour. He retires this summer! 🥳 While here this time, I earned my meteorology degree from @msstateonline and started working for @king5seattle.

These last few years have been so amazing. Not only have I grown as a meteorologist/reporter, I have grown as a person. I feel like I really fell into my own here and I am so grateful for everything I have achieved and gained (including friends) at KING.

So now what? Well, I’m transferring to our sister station WTLV/WJXX in Jacksonville, FL to co-host @fcliving (its version of @newdaynw). Y’all know that’s right up my alley. So, what about weather? Oh, they’ll be using me for hurricane coverage, no doubt. 😅

To say I’m excited is an understatement (especially since I have close family there) but that doesn’t mean I’m excited to leave. WA has been our home for almost 10 years! I will miss so much. ❤️

Thank you, KING, for giving me a chance and allowing me to flourish. And, thank you at home for giving me the opportunity to inform you and hopefully make you smile/laugh along the way. 🙂

My last day at KING 5 is Sunday, March 14th. My first day at FCL is Monday, March, 22nd. Am I crazy?! Yes, the answer is yes. 🤪

I hope you continue following me and my journey (cross-county road trip) on social media!

A little Halloween magic with a colorful, creepy twist! 🎨💚💜

I had so much fun bringing this look to life for @jordanwtv ! Creative makeup gives me the freedom to experiment, push boundaries, and transform faces into something unexpected. 🤡✨

A huge thank you to First Coast Living and their amazing team for this opportunity and for allowing me to share my passion for creative makeup. I’m truly grateful for experiences like this and for every opportunity to grow as an artist! 🖤 @fcliving

It’s that time of year again where ECS4Kids goes WILD for literacy 🦁📚🐆

Wild Reading Safari is back Saturday, October 17 from 10a–12p at the Jacksonville Zoo & Botanical Gardens where we’ll be celebrating the love of literacy & animals with celebrity readers, a special host, live music, yoga, raffles & community vendors 🤩

Swipe for a sneak peek at some of the familiar faces you’ll get to meet this year. And get ready for special appearances from some of your favorite storybook characters, who can’t wait to take photos with your wild little readers 🐾📸

Halloween is coming… 🎃👻
And this year, we decided to get a little EXTRA. 😈

We brought in a special effects makeup artist @alisichmua to transform Jordan into… WAIT. WHAT?! Does Harley Quinn have a long-lost sister?! 🃏💋

Looks like chaos runs in the family.

Stay tuned… things are about to get wicked! 🖤
