What a way to End the Year! 🎉

Funded and Recorded on this Flip Sale for an Investor Client🏠

This one turned out to be one of my favorites ones from last year. I was able to acquired this off-market and we went from demo to resell in about 5 months time.

Next! 💪

Life Update: Two days ago, I was called in for an interview with my Stake President. What I thought would be a casual “get to know you” meeting turned out to be an interview for a calling. I was asked if I’d be willing to teach 9th-grade seminary this semester at a local junior high school in Lehi.

I was taken back. “Me? Teach seminary?” I immediately thought of my own seminary teachers growing up and thought, “There’s no way I could do half as good a job as they did.” After speaking with my amazing wife @alexandrablakeley about the commitment it would require, and after prayerfully seeking adequacy from God, I accepted.

I’ll be teaching an incredible group of kids, most of whom speak little to no English. I was once in their shoes, who am I to say no?

I’ve never been so excited and yet so nervous about a calling, not since my time as a full-time missionary for @churchofjesuschrist but I’m ready to embrace the challenge.
P.S. Since I’ve been asked this a couple of times: No, this isn’t a career change. I’m not cool enough to be a full-time seminary teacher haha Real estate is still the only way Brother Blakeley brings home the bacon. Seminary teacher by morning, real estate advisor by day, and still Kendrick’s dad all day 😁 That’s all, folks. #onlyinutah #d&c4 taken in Lehi, Utah by @joresthb
