Fazem agora cerca de 3 anos desde que comecei a minha jornada fitness — kinda cringe, I know — mas tenho um orgulho enorme de ter escolhido viver de forma mais saudável, e disso nunca terei vergonha.

Tudo começou por não gostar do que via ao espelho e, depois, por ter ficado “gordo” acidentalmente 🤣. Pelo caminho, aprendi que resultados não acontecem de um dia para o outro. Foram 3 anos de consistência, aprendizagem e evolução, e sinceramente, sinto que ainda tenho muito para melhorar.

A maior mudança foi perceber que isto não é sobre estar em forma para um verão ou para um evento. É sobre construir um estilo de vida que conseguimos manter para a vida.

Um agradecimento especial ao @wmontenegro.fit, que acrescentou imenso ao meu conhecimento e esteve comigo ao longo de todo este processo.

Let’s keep pushing.
E se isto servir para motivar alguém a começar a sua própria jornada, já valeu a pena.

A dump full of old drawings, I’ve been looking at these lately and it just reminded me of how long I’ve been doing this for, how much trial and error is involved in the process, it’s all about learning to take a few steps back in order to truly move forward, and to remind y’all that I know how to draw more than anime :p by @jorge__vd
