They all showed up…. 🥰🥰🥰

Out of your comfort zone … totaal … maar hoe lekker high on your own supply… keihard dansen, het maakt niet uit hoe, no one cares, oftewel sweat it all out!!!

TOTAAL onverwacht: een mini dream come true.

Trust me 🙂

🧚🏽 see you on the dancefloor

We asked the guests at our last retreat what their favorite practice was, and the answer was almost unanimous: intuitive movement with Jo.

While yoga and pilates of course have their benefits, intuitive movement is where we really open all parts of ourselves. Not just the physical body, but the emotional, the sensual, the wild, the free. A space to move without substances, without judgment, without the need to perform. Just you, your body, and the freedom to move however you want. A feeling very much aligned with our she she philosophy.

Even right before the retreat, Jo and I were already talking about how much we love this practice and want to create more space for it. So beautiful that our guests confirmed exactly that.

We’ve been weaving intuitive movement into our retreats for a few years now, but as we plant seeds for 2026, you can expect even more.

Come dance with us?
