Throwback to nationals! Haven’t been able to run since. A nasty foot injury has kept me sidelined for the time being

2026 has been unfortunate with a few setbacks, but eager to get back into this thing 💭

Eyes on 2027 👀

Dutch Nationals 1500m 🇳🇱

Gave it my all chasing a medal, ended up 4th 💔

No medal this time, but I’m proud that everything came together when it mattered. Had a lot of fun out there and plenty of positives to take away 🤙
Thanks to everyone around me, especially my coach @gretekoens for getting me to this point at the right time 🔥
