You don’t need another reset.

You probably don’t need another plan.

You might just need to actually follow the one you have.
And give it longer than you think.

Not a few days.
Not a week or two.

MONTHS.

Follow the plan.
Give it time.
See what’s working.
Adjust when needed.
Repeat.

That’s it.

There will always be another workout, diet, supplement, wearable, health hack, or person telling you there’s a better way.

But before you change everything again, go back to the basics.

Are you actually following your plan?
Are you doing it consistently?
Have you given it enough time to know what’s working and what isn’t?

Because you can’t gather useful information from a plan you keep changing—or one you aren’t actually following.

You don’t need to start over.
You need to keep going.

Simple doesn’t mean easy.

Follow the plan. Give it time. Adjust when needed. Keep going.

And if you’re sitting there thinking…
“Okay, but I don’t even HAVE a plan.”

No worries. That’s where JBC comes in.
Let’s figure out where you are, where you want to go, and create a plan that works for your goals AND your life.

DM or comment below and let’s get started.

A honeymoon food dump and a reminder: you can enjoy the food, drinks, and weekends away without starting over on Monday. 🍝🍷🍰

I used to be the “let’s fucking go” girl—go all in, feel like crap, then promise myself a reset. I have grace for her (she still shows up sometimes 😂), but over the years I’ve built habits that help me enjoy my life and feel good in it.

Before our honeymoon, I asked: How do I want to feel when we get home? Energized. Present. Connected to my husband. So I made choices that supported that.

We ate incredible food. I prioritized protein and fiber where I could, ate when I was hungry, and stopped when I’d had enough. I lifted weights because I lift weights, even in a new city—and I love trying new gyms! We walked a ton, slept 7–9 hours most nights, and when I drank, I kept the next morning in mind.

After nearly three weeks away and another weekend trip, I felt good in my body and ready for regular life. No punishment workout. No reset. No waiting for Monday.

That’s what a strong foundation gives you. Mine took years to build, one habit at a time. If you’re tired of starting over after every trip or celebration, start with one small habit you can carry into your real life. Build from there. ❤️
