Regular flossing and rinsing isn't just good for your teeth and gums, it can also reduce plaque which affects your heart and arteries. Happy to share that despite having heart disease on both sides of the family, my calcium scoring came back ZERO. Please share and comment. These little tips can help someone you love live a linger, healthier life.

Can you make a small change and start the connection amongst the people in your circle? Try to be the first to make eye contact, smile, or extend your hand. That small effort might begin a new relationship that adds something beautiful to your life. Make the effort snd tells me how it goes.

I am so excited to go to sleep tonight and break in my new mattress from @saatva We had a great experience with Denise at the Paramus, NJ showroom and the delivery was white glove service. No wonder it's becoming one of the top selling mattresses in America.
I'm going to sleep early tonight!!

On Dollyday (9 25) [9 to 5] let's focus on chosing positivity. It can require a little effort, but once you get the hang of it it becomes second nature. And when something good comes your way focus in finding an opportunity to pay that kindness forward.
