How to achieve dreams result and how it looks like working with me. by @jose.say

A PRESENCE YOU DON’T FORGET…

Folllow !!!

#fitdadover35 by @jose.say

Every dad gets the same two options. Busy and unhealthy, or busy and fit. The calendar doesn’t change, only what you do inside it does.

I’ve spent many years building programs for guys who don’t have spare hours. It takes 30 minutes, 4 days a week, and a plan you don’t have to think about.

Comment BLUEPRINT and I’ll send you the exact structure my executive clients run.

A father’s love is often silent, but his sacrifices speak louder than words.❤️
He doesn’t just show you the way; he becomes the strength that helps you walk through life. No matter how old we grow, we’ll always be our father’s little child.🫶🏽 by @jose.say

I’m at a point in life where I don’t need a whole lot to be happy.
I don’t need to be everywhere, know everyone, or have something going on every weekend.
Give me time with my wife.
Making memories with my kids.
A strong, healthy body.
A clear mind.
A little peace and quiet.
I still have big goals. I still want to grow, build, and become a better man.
I’m just a hell of a lot more intentional about where I put my time and energy these days.
Because the older I get, the more I realize that a good life isn’t about having more of everything. It’s about having more of what actually matters.
If you’re a dad in this same chapter of life too, follow along

Looking to drop 10lbs That requires a different approach than your standard weight loss routine.
This isn’t about moderation and balance.

You need to build an aggressive calorie deficit and stick to it for three straight weeks.

Here are my 5 key rules:

1. Cut Liquid Calories

Booze, juice, sugary sodas, and fancy beverages rack up calories fast without actually keeping you satisfied.

Stick to water, black coffee, tea, and zero-cal options instead.

2. Lead With Protein

Start every meal with a quality lean protein.
Chicken, fish, turkey, eggs, Greek yogurt.

Protein crushes hunger and keeps your muscle intact during a cut.

3. Keep Meals Repetitive

forget about variety.

Pick a few meals you like that fit your calorie target and eat them on rotation.
Repetition works.

4. Stay Active Daily

Aim for 10,000+ steps each day.

Throw in 3-4 resistance sessions weekly if possible.

The priority is maximizing calorie burn without losing muscle mass.

5. Eliminate Easy Access to Junk

When chips, candy, sweets, and fast food derail your progress, don’t have them sitting around.

Make sticking to your plan the path of least resistance.

This isn’t a long-term lifestyle.

It’s an intense sprint for people with a specific event, vacation, deadline, or goal in sight who are ready to commit.

Comment “MACROS” and I’ll show you how to structure your meals to lose fat and build muscle.

I eat these 4 meals almost every day to stay this lean at 42.

@jose.say

But the biggest hack isn’t finding 50 different “healthy” recipes.

It’s having a few simple meals you can keep on rotation.

When your meals are predictable, hitting your calories and macros becomes much easier, you spend less time thinking about what to eat, and consistency becomes almost automatic.

Here’s how I like to structure a meal:

1️⃣ START WITH YOUR PROTEIN

Chicken, lean beef, turkey, eggs, fish, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or a good-quality protein powder are all great options.

Your protein target should be one of the first things you account for when building your meals.

2️⃣ ADD YOUR CARB SOURCE

Rice, potatoes, oats, fruit, pasta, or other minimally processed carb sources can all work.

You don’t need to eliminate carbs to get lean.

You need to control your overall calorie intake and choose portions that fit your macros.

3️⃣ LOAD UP ON FIBER

Vegetables, fruit, berries, beans, whole grains, and other high-fiber foods can help keep your meals filling while supporting good digestion.

The goal isn’t to eat as little as possible.

It’s to make the calories you’re eating work for you.

4️⃣ ADD YOUR HEALTHY FATS

Avocado, olive oil, nuts, seeds, and fatty fish are great options.

Just remember that fats are calorie-dense, so portions matter when you’re trying to stay within a calorie target.

Then put it all together.

EXAMPLE MEAL 1: Eggs + oats + berries
EXAMPLE MEAL 2: Chicken + rice + vegetables
EXAMPLE MEAL 3: Greek yogurt + fruit + nuts
EXAMPLE MEAL 4: Lean beef + potatoes + vegetables

Simple foods.

Simple meals.

A structure you can repeat.

You don’t need to reinvent your diet every Monday or spend hours searching for new recipes.

Find meals you enjoy, make sure they fit your macros, and keep them in rotation.

That’s one of the easiest ways to make losing fat and building muscle more sustainable.

Comment “MACROS” and I’ll show you how to structure your meals around your calories and macros.

Your kids didn’t take your prime from you. They gave you a reason to go get it.
