I never knew how much I needed mentorship until I took a step out of my comfort zone and let it better me

Thankyou so much to those who consistently sacrifice their own time and energy to help me become a better version of myself and breath belief into me, you know who you are 🙏 taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @joseph_bailey6

Wow, what a journey. Absolutely stoked to achieve my sub 4 marathon i set out 6 months ago. All the emotion is now hitting me.

Also to be able to knock off my goal and raise money for such a worthy cause being "Cancer society" makes it so much more special. So thank you so so much to all those who donated. We were able to raise $1400 dollars for them and when things got tough in the marathon that was a strong reason for me to keep pushing deeper into that hurtlocker.

Thanks to the support crew, my amazing partner @charlotte0b and family who made the journey from the Naki. Having the newest, cutest lil supporter Zozo dressed up in her Funcle Joe outfit was super special crossing that line so thanks @imogennegomi for sorting that. Also thanks to all the kind people that have reached out over the past week wishing me luck, means so much 🙏 love you all ❤

Thanks to my running team mates (Sole mates) @christiangavisanmoratti for getting me started on running this time last year after knowing my goal of wanting to lose weight. And to Anthony, was great to complete this race with you brother, many hours have gone into training over the past year. The announcer actually said something at the start line that I thought summed this all up perfectly

Hey guys. So because of all the legends that have donated so far and helped me to reach my 1st goal, Cancer society has sent me out a shirt which ill now be running in for the event which I'm super stoked about so thankyou 🙏

Trainings going well, just need to stick to my training plan over Xmas and NY. For those that have missed the chance to donate in the past there is still time ✅. Every little bit counts and its for a great cause that sits close to my heart ❤

Been a epic week away with the boys in Vietnam before i lock myself on a island for work for 4 weeks. We managed to get a sweet little snap with our tour leader at the end of our trek around Sa pa #sapa #ytb #adventure #vietnam taken in Sapa - Thị trấn Mờ Sương by @joseph_bailey6
