🍷🥃 Whiskey, Wine & Great Company! ✨🥂 When Realtors and lenders get together, you know it’s going to be a good time! 😂🍷 What an amazing evening enjoying whiskey, sipping wine, sharing laughs, and making memories with some incredible people in the real estate and lending industry! One of the things I love most about real estate is the relationships we build along the way. It’s not just about closing deals, negotiating contracts, or helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. It’s also about the people we meet, the friendships we develop, and the professionals who become part of our journey. ❤️ It was so nice to step away from our busy schedules, put business aside for a little while, and enjoy a night out with my partner, his wife and our two amazing lender friends! Of course, when you put a group of real estate professionals together, business conversations are bound to happen somewhere between the wine and whiskey! 😂🥃 I’m a firm believer in surrounding yourself with ambitious, hardworking people who inspire you, support your growth, and know how to have fun along the way. Here’s to building relationships beyond the closing table, celebrating our successes, and making memories with great people! 🥂 Because at the end of the day, success is even sweeter when you have amazing people to share it with! Cheers to good wine, great whiskey, incredible friendships, and many more nights like this! 🍷🥃❤️ #WhiskeyAndWine #RealtorLife #LendersAndRealtors #NetworkingAndGoodTimes #WorkHardPlayHard by @josephaddison4
A night worth celebrating. 🥂✨ Celebrating incredible closings, the growth of our team, and the success that lies ahead. From Wagyu steak and Troplong Mondot wine at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills to the moments of gratitude shared around the table — this evening was about so much more than a closing. It was about people, mentorship, growth, and the future we’re building together. A special moment honoring Dana Marie with a plaque recognizing her mentorship and leadership — the foundation of our team and so much of our success. 🤍 Grateful for this team, the memories we’re creating, and everything still ahead. Here’s to closing deals, celebrating growth, and building an even greater future together. 🥂✨ . . @waldorfbevhills @exprealtyluxury_ @dana_m_garcia @josephaddison4 @naomisummerstyles @619_ldr by @josephaddison4
🏡✨ WE’RE UNDER CONTRACT!!! 🔑🎉 This one is SO exciting! My clients are FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS, and after feeling defeated and wondering when the right home would finally come along… THEY FOUND IT! 🥹🏡❤️ Their perfect starter home—and we got it UNDER CONTRACT! From A–Z education, touring homes, breaking down numbers, answering the late-night questions, strategizing and submitting offers, I’ve been right there beside them every step of the way. And here’s what makes this win even better… 👀🔥 WE WEREN’T THE HIGHEST OFFER. Our TERMS + STRATEGY helped get our offer ACCEPTED! 🙌🏼 Because winning a home isn’t always about throwing the most money at it. How your offer is structured matters. Now it’s time for inspections, appraisal, contingencies and everything in between before we get to the BEST part… HANDING THEM THE KEYS! 🔑🥂 So incredibly excited for my buyers.
