1st Hyrox Race. It was a mixture of feelings, being nervous, asking myself if I can finish, will I be able to manage the fatigue , I might experience cramps , I’m old for this, too weak and a lot of other thoughts .
But with the determination and eagerness to finish even though how hard and long it took me . I can proudly say I DID IT!! Big Shoutout to my @threehammerstraining coaches and our amazing community . Through the years you’ve been a constant inspiration in my fitness journey! by @josephcaniba
