45 weeks of “digging in”.

10kg down, stronger than when I started, and carrying a lot more than just physical progress into the next chapter.

This journey has taught me a lot about discipline, patience and showing up — even when I don’t particularly feel like it.

Couldn’t have done it without @toby_steggall in my corner. Thank you for the push, the knowledge and the countless BOSH! moments 😂

One chapter finished. Next one begins… 💪 🏋️‍♂️ by @josephftmckenzie

I cannot actually believe I get to make this post…

Today I was privileged to premiere my newest cover and all-time dream role as Rusty the Steam Train in Starlight Express in Germany!

I had such a fun and amazing time and cannot wait for the next year ahead!
Special thanks to @arlenephillips @frankie65 @mykal_rand @marc_mcfadyen @mattramplin @bradcorben for giving me this incredible opportunity as well as all your support through the rehearsal process!

Also to all of my fellow onstage performers, it truly was and is an honour to share the stage with you all.
You’re all so talented, and this season is gonna be so fun!

Final thanks to my biggest fan @realmo_len and all my family who without all your love and support, I wouldn’t be here! ❤️

🇬🇧 My First Week as ‘Brexit’ is done and it’s an understatement to say my dream has come true. I love this show and these amazing people I get to call my friends and colleagues.
I’m so excited for the year to come, including my time as 7 different characters. But for now “the race is about to begin” !

I’m so excited to finally announce that within the next few weeks I start my first professional job as a ‘Vocalist’ on the Viking Sea for @vikingcruises 😆!

I want to say a massive thank you to the agency @birdcollegeuk for which I’m so grateful for all your help ladies! Thanks to @deiniolblack and the teams from Viking and @blackburn_international for the amazing opportunity!

Also thanks to the staff at @seahaven_maritime_academy for teaching me on how to become a sailor, a fireman and a nurse.

Can’t wait for this next chapter of my life, for which I’m ready to set sail!
