Apparently spring lawns are made in the fall… who knew?! 👀🌱 I’m using @pennington Smart Seed to help fill in some of the thinner areas of our yard and encourage thicker growth. A little prep, seed, water and hopefully we’ll be thanking ourselves next spring! 💚

You can find Pennington online or at your local garden center, including Walmart, Home Depot and Lowe’s. 🌱

A little something to add to your next Target run! 🧃🎯

@allwellojuice organic cold-pressed juices are now at Target in flavors like Go Green, Berry Delight, and Mango Power. They’re made with real fruits and veggies, never from concentrate, and have no added sugar. I love having something delicious and easy to grab during a busy day, plus their wellness shots come in handy three-packs that I can take on the go in the mornings!

Find AllWellO in the juice aisle at your local Target! 🛒💚

Busy school mornings call for a little pick-me-up! ☀️ I’ve been adding @clubearlybird to my morning routine, and the Blood Orange and Pink Guava Colada flavors are both so good.

With energy, hydration, and focus all in one drink, it helps me feel more awake and ready for the day. Once the kids are off to school, I grab my shaker and take a walk before work … a little movement and time for myself before the rest of the day begins.

If your mornings could use a reset too, tap the link in my bio to try Club EarlyBird! 🥤

You know when the sun hits your car windows and suddenly you can see every smudge? 😅 That was my sign to try the @eclothusa Windshield Haze Eraser. I added a little water, wiped down my windshield and windows, and skipped the glass spray altogether. It’s washable too, so I’m keeping it in my car for the next refresh! 🚗✨

If your car windows need some love, check out the E-Cloth Windshield Haze Eraser!

These caramel apple pretzel bites are the easiest little fall treat! 🍎🥨

They have the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and crunchy, and they’re so simple to put together. They’re perfect for an after-school snack, fall movie night, or game-day treat—and my family loved them!

I found everything I needed at @foodlion , including Food Lion Milk Chocolate Chips and Food Lion Chopped Pecans. Before shopping, I checked the digital coupons and used my MVP card at checkout, making it easy to pick up our fall favorites while keeping our grocery budget in mind—which is always a win during this busy season!

Head to Food Lion for everything you need, and save this easy fall recipe to try later! 🍂🤎 #FoodLionFall #sponsored #CaramelApplePretzelBites #EasyFallRecipes #falltreats by @josephineking

Just random pictures of our lives, little everyday moments, and memories I wanted to keep. And look at how little my babies were. 😭🤍

🦜 My parents’ cockatiel has been loving the new @3d.petproducts Spray Millet! I love that it’s 100% natural, encourages his natural foraging instincts, and keeps him active and engaged. It’s also high in protein to help support his muscle and feather health, so I feel good about giving it to him. 🤍 Find it at Walmart!

Ending August in the mountains 🤎 A quick little trip, but exactly what we needed.

Life is back to school, sports and busy schedules, so we’ll take these little getaways whenever we can.

We missed our Ophelia while she was in Lebanon for Party on the Pitch, but we’re so proud of her and her team for finishing as finalists. 👏🏽⚽️
