Everyone sees players signing with MLB teams, but no one sees what it actually takes behind the scenes.

Take a look at a Day in the Life of an MLB Agent 👀

Owen has always been a class act, I still remember watching him at SCF. He was always immersed in the game and loved to be out on the field. He has a great college career and once it concluded he had about a 1/3 of mlb teams interested. Cubs always admired his ability and eventually drafted him. He has surpassed all of their expectations and now he is playing very well in the Arizona Fall League. Keep defying the odds Owen!

With God nothing is impossible. I am Proud to be your agent. #mlb #arizonafallleague #milb #cubs by @josephrguzman

It was great catching up with Randy Wynne yesterday. Randy will always hold a special place as my first homegrown big leaguer @empowermentsg. His loyalty and humility are traits that I respect tremendously. Despite facing incredible odds, Randy persevered and made it to the Show ⚾️through an unconventional path. He went undrafted, played independent ball, and eventually signed with the Reds.

Randy embodies everything I stand for as an MLB Agent. I believe in fostering strong relationships with my players and fighting for their interests in every way possible. Having experienced the lack of support during my own playing days, I’m driven to provide the guidance and care that I never received.

I’m grateful to be in a position to open doors for my players and help them achieve their dreams. I understand the struggles and sacrifices that come with pursuing a passion, often without immediate returns. My dedication to my players may seem unwavering, but it’s derives from my purpose.

Today, I’m proud to represent 31 Professional baseball players across various MLB organizations. I feel truly blessed to be able to make a difference in their lives and careers.

From setbacks to signing day. After battling adversity and injuries throughout his college career, Kaleb Kantola never stopped believing in the work, the process, or the dream.
