My other full time job. Here we save lives.We are in the business of making people better. It is my job to make sure whoever comes down to the cafe from 8:00 pm - 3:30 a.m. that they feel welcome, comfortable and get something really good to eat. I can't change their circumstance, but I can change their atmosphere for a few minutes. I don't take this job lightly. The most important part of your cake is the part that people will actually eat. A cake could look good and not taste good. Dry cake, buttercream, fondant are three main reasons why people quit eating cake.
