Good morning to the people! Joe and I had a long weekend away in Asheville to celebrate my birthday. I completely unplugged and wanted to focus on the blessings of life and love. We took a pottery wheel class, played old school pinball and arcade games and on Sunday we did a mindfulness retreat up a mountain that was a great way to ground myself going into my next chapter of life. The take away from that experience was simply “thankfulness”. Thankful for my family, thankful for my work, thankful for my peace of mind and thankful for the journey thus far. TransFormation Day Part 1. 5 hours of gentle lifting preserves the integrity of the hair. K18 added the perfect amount of restructuring to build strength. Oligo Lightener and Toner did the rest. 1 application of Malibu C CPR, 2 applications of K18, 3 bowls of Lightener, Toner and 36 years of practicing the Art of Hair. $600 by @josephthomascarling
