One of our favourite things about teaching is getting to meet so many wonderful personalities.

This lovely student always comes to class dressed with so much style and confidence and it never fails to brighten our day. ✨💛

Thank you for bringing your unique sparkle to our community! taken in Yuzu Music by @josh.ydp

What inspired the creation of Yuzu? 🍋

Our founder has been passionate about teaching since he was just 17 years old. Today, he shares the story behind starting Yuzu in Kuching and his advice for adults who want to begin learning from scratch.

💭 Why did you start Yuzu?
💭 What would you tell adults who have zero knowledge but want to start?

We host monthly jam sessions at Yuzu Music because music should be shared, felt, and enjoyed by everyone. It’s a universal language, after all. 💛

Playing in a classroom is one thing. But playing with people? That’s a whole different experience. You learn to listen, react, catch the groove, and most importantly, to connect.

Yuzu Jam is where our students get to practice that, live. Don’t worry if you’re not sure how, our teachers are right there on stage with you. 💪

Swipe to see last night’s moments. We’re so proud of our students and teachers. Every time we see you on stage, it reminds us why we do what we do. See you in July! 🤍✨
