Good to have @josh__strongman in the gym with us this week. A strong professional big with experience in England🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, Canada🇨🇦, Spain 🇪🇸, Ireland 🇮🇪 and Greece🇬🇷.

We got right to it, getting some conditioning in while working on simple reads off the picks. The group focused on getting reps off the dribble and the catch. Staying ready for every situation.

DM “WORK” to book.
