Thank you to all the amazing people who have wished me a happy birthday this week! I am incredibly blessed to have all of you in my life.

Starting my 35th year on earth, I’m thinking a lot about my legacy.

What do you think of when you think legacy?

I used to think legacy was an inheritance of some monetary value. It was passing on wealth for your family to build on

But legacy is so much more

It’s a complete value system. Grounded in faith, core values, a way of thinking, being, and doing.

I want those who come behind me to see

A man who lived his life for God and the advancement of His Kingdom

A husband who loved his wife and faithfully served her as the greatest gift God could give this side of eternity

A father who leads his children in a Biblical values and faith. Teaching them the way to live and love as Christ did

A businessman who is fair and honest in all his dealings. Always putting others needs ahead of his own

A man who always strives to be his best in every area of life. Who shows up for others, and always looks for ways to serve

These are all parts of living a legacy life.

Have I achieved all I want to achieve? Absolutely not. But by Gods grace and holding strong to my values I know I will.

To the men, let’s go be men like this. Men of value. Men of character. Men of faith

Getting married to the right person is the best thing that God will ever bless you with.

I’ll give you a short list of how my life has improved in the 5 years @morganlittauer and I have been together (married for 4)

1. I have more joy and laughter in my life than ever before. Scroll to see how much Morgan loves ice cream 😂

2. My relationships with my friends are better. Morgan also encourages me to go spend time with other men doing man stuff

3. I’ve been more plugged in at Elevate Life and now serving/leading in multiple capacities

4. My relationships with my parents and siblings has gotten better

5. Our personal income has tripled since we’ve been together

6. Because of the alignments and relationships she made over the last 15 years, those alignments have caused our business and opportunities to grow

7. My relationship with God has deepened to a whole new level like never before

8. My leadership capacity has grown substantially. She challenges me to be a better leader in our home, our families, our church, and our business.

9. My emotional intelligence has gone WAY up. Not to say I was unemotional before, but stunted would be an accurate description haha

10. I’m better looking now than before 😂 I think that’s a natural by product of marrying a gorgeous woman.

This is just a short list. But the point is, your spouse is your greatest alignment!

If you marry the right spouse and you can get aligned on the vision for your life together, the two of you can build an unstoppable force.

I love you baby, let’s build it big together ❤️

I want my son to grow up with a strong dad, but being strong physically is not enough. Strength is not measured by how much weight you can pick up. It's measured by the weight you can carry and not put down.

As men, we carry weight in many different categories:
- the weight of building a business
- the weight of finances
- the weight of leading your home well
- the weight of leading yourself
- the weight of your health

All of these things are a weight to carry.

But this is what we were made for. God made us strong for a reason. He made us to carry weight. My challenge to you men is: Are you strong enough to carry the weight and not put it down, to keep things going even when they're tough? That's the weight we're called to carry, and that's the weight I'm going to share with my son as he grows up.

Getting to serve Gods house is an absolute honor and privilege

“I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of the wicked.”

I love that the culture of @elevate.life is not a volunteer culture, but of servant leadership.

Volunteers serve when it’s convenient for them, servant leaders see a need a lead it, even when it’s not convenient.

With 65 days until our son gets here, I want to make sure he knows that his parents take serving in Gods house seriously and it’s will be something he will grow up doing

My husband’s parents live 831 miles away, so I knew whenever God blessed us with a baby, we had to make it special to tell them! 🥲

God has blessed us abundantly with having Godly grandparents for our boy. I’m so blessed to be a Littauer and wanted our baby’s praying Nana and Papa to be involved with the life of our precious gift from the very beginning!

Wait until the end for their reaction 🥹 thank You, Jesus, for our boy and for his Nana and Papa!

You ever just get this feeling that God made you for more?

He made you for a bigger life. A life full of abundance. Not just of wealth and money, but abundance of rich relationships, rich in health, rich in love

As an advisor, one of my jobs is to help people to see and understand the tools and systems God has allowed us to develop to generate wealth

Is it always easy? Absolutely not. But it is HE who gives us the ability. Not in our own power

Do I believe God has the one for you? Yes, I do!

I believe that God is so intentional about creating the right person for us. When you meet that person, they are your one for the rest of your life. God worked in Morgan and I’s relationship early on in such a beautiful and cool way!

There is so much more to God's intentionality with this story, and I can't wait to share more of it with you soon!

I thought it'd be a fun idea to do a short series on how Morgan and I actually met for our son to come back and listen to in the future.

There are some hidden nuggets in here, though.

If you're serious about building a great future, having a list written down of exactly what you're looking for is a great place to start building the future that you truly want.
