This is @naturalphysique_coaching

We’re dedicated to bringing you a ridiculously high standard of coaching.

Raising the bar in 2025 📈

2023 - the hardest, but best year of my life so far. The year that I achieved the majority of my life long goals.

Started 2023 out with around 5 clients, and not being sure I’d ever make it out of my retail job.

I’d been at coaching since early 2022, and it wasn’t seeming to go anywhere.

After taking a trip down to see @finnkelly_coach, I realised I could be doing so much more. Ever since then I’ve put absolutely everything into growing my business and my own physique.

Now ending 2023 with 35+ clients, a world champ title, European champ title, 2x British champ title’s, 7x teen bodybuilding champ title’s, 2x men’s overall champ title’s and being the first teen to ever win a @ukdfba overall title in history.

I’m extremely grateful to Neil at @pitstopnutrition for taking me on as a sponsored athlete. Lucky to be part of such a brilliant team and community!

If you told me in 2022 that I’d even have a conversation in person with Finn or Reece I would’ve thought not a chance, never mind spend a whole week living in Vegas with them both. What a way to end the season.

I also bought my mk6 golf gti, which is a standard of car that I didn’t think I’d be able to afford for another good few years.

None of this has happened by chance. Every single day has been pretty much identical in terms of routine, work ethic, sleep, training, nutrition etc.

It took me 9 months to go from 750 to 1000 followers. After posting daily, and then 3x per day for the last few months of prep - I managed to gain 20,000 followers in the space of 9 months this time round.

I couldn’t do any of this without the support of my amazing family. I love you all❤️

@caseygriffxn has shown nothing but support to me throughout my 8 month long prep. Thank you for looking after me and putting up with me all the way through❤️

Finally, I would like to say a huge thank you to @finnkelly_coach. You have quite simply changed my life. You don’t realise the impact you have on me and everyone you interact with. You set the bar extremely high, and show everyone what sheer work ethic and relentless consistency to your craft does.

Send on 2024, going to blow 2023 out the water. by @josh_naturalphysique

Season wrap up for big Gavvv @the_barbell_gym

Brought the best Gavin by an absolute mile this season, it’s been a pleasure working alongside him!

We’ve always stayed in touch after our session in 2023, and I knew Gavin could be better than ever with the right guidance.

He was self coaching for his first show this season, then we decided to team up directly after.

We got to work on getting peeled, while still having 1-2x high days per week.

Massive focus on training performance and not digging into oblivion.

The result… glute striations and his most balanced physique yet :)

Top 3’s left right and centre this season 🏅 Came up against some crazy athletes this year! We know what to improve on. Time to get bigger and fill out the frame.

I know Gavin has gone through some very difficult times and situations this prep, but he hasn’t moaned a single time throughout. One of the most infectiously positive human beings I know 🫶🏻

Post show has been nailed for the first time ever too, and it’s going to pay off.

Big off season with improved training incoming, excited to see the result 😈

35 weeks of work with @noahhgthr 🤝

Irish junior men’s physique champ 🥇🏆

Ridiculous side by side shots here from Noah, goes to show what you can achieve when you full send it.

Trusted the process from day one, and never missed a beat or moaned throughout the entire process.

A super smooth prep, which again comes down to his accuracy and consistently.

Shoutout to @shea_mccaul3 for helping Noah nail his MP posing, such an overlooked aspect when competing for the first time.

Noah has recently started PT’ing out of @progymderry too! I think it’s super important for a PT / coach to walk the walk themselves, Noah is a great example of that 🫡

You never know what you can achieve until you try. Stop doubting yourself and go for it :)

NBW Show day

What a way to end the season bringing my best look to stage while being able to have the support of my friends and family

I came to watch this show last year and I remember thinking i want to be up there, i didn’t know when but i new i wanted to make it happen, fast forward only a year and here we are.

Goal for this show was simple improve from the last show, enjoy it as much as possible and have some photos that i am genuinely happy to look back on, safe to say the goal was achieved.

I want to say a huge thank you to @josh_naturalphysique for being there and helping me every step of the way made a world of difference to have you by my side and ensile the confidence I needed, so thank you 🤝

I could go on and on but i will save some words for a season wrap up, but for now thank you to anyone that supported me along the way 🫶

@finn_naturalphysique Thankyou for handling me during my first competition.

You all will be touched one day…

Collin. by @josh_naturalphysique

3rd in the world @collin.daniell 🥉

3rd place in heavyweights at the @naturalbbworldwide international!

HUGE improvements from the WNBF supernaturals 2 weeks ago.

Massive strides forward in conditioning, all while being ill for one of those weeks too :)

Extremely happy with the peak, brought his best look possible 🫡

Shoutout to @butcher_naturalphysique for helping Collin over the past 2 weeks with his posing. Massive improvements from his first showing!

Collin’s potential is limitless, he knows that now 🫡

2026 prep wrapped up, but we’ll be back at some point to take that world champion title 🌍🏆

Some comparison shots from @petruroncea ‘s last mini cut vs the most recent!

84.5kg vs 84.9kg.

A WHOLE lot more muscle :)

Around 1.5 years between these shots, with a full prep in there too.

This is what happens when hard work meets talent 🫡 Petru has some very solid genetics, but he also works harder than 99% of people I know.

Very excited for the 2028 season, it’s crazy to think what a significantly improved @petruroncea will look like 😎

Let’s get it.
