Living overseas doesn’t mean a UAE mortgage is off the table

Non resident buyers have options, though deposit requirements and rates can be higher than for residents.

Dubai Hills residents, this little spot is worth the walk.

Fresh sourdough, pistachio almond croissants, cookies, brownies and pizza, all just outside Park Lane. We’ve got our eye on the pepperoni.

It’s places like this, five minutes from home, that make the Dubai Hills lifestyle so good.

Four bedrooms in Maple doesn’t always mean the same layout. The 2E is a corner unit, the 3M is a middle unit, and the floor plans vary across Maple 1, 2 and 3.

Comparing listings? Send them over and I’ll help you spot the differences.

Another great addition to Dubai Hills 👏⌚️

Big congrats to my friend Brandon at @chronogroup_ on the new watch dealership.

One of the best parts of working in Dubai Hills is getting to know the people and businesses that make the community what it is.
