Injuries. Early mornings. Latenight runs. I’ve failed and tried again, suffered and learned loss but this victory, earned not given.

Did it for those who didn’t get the chance

Three weeks ago I graduated from the Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College with a BBA in Marketing Management with a double minor in data analytics communication studies with Cum lade honors.

On this journey, through all the obstacles I had to face, I was able to discover a bit more of who I am. In my college experience I learned about the ups and downs that life has to offer. Our bad days are just that — a bad day, not a bad life. For without our bad days, we can’t truly appreciate our good days.

This achievement is not just mine, but it is for everyone that has helped me get to this point. To all the young black fellas let’s continue to inspire and uplift each other🥂
