The process has been long and emotional for all of us. @jj.giles5 has come so far, the pain both physically and mentally have been a struggle. Yesterday he ran routes for the 1st time in 9 months. Still has a lot of work to do! @caragiles and I can’t thank everyone involved in his recovery enough. @questspeed @kptsport @mankindphysicaltherapy have been amazing in the recovery process. by @joshgiles5
