Ten years ago, we released a collection of songs that would end up changing our lives forever, honestly. In good ways and in hard ways. After grinding through local shows and small tours, we decided we really wanted to focus on writing good songs. Angry songs. Personal songs. We needed to cross off our internal lists of baggage and trauma.These songs showed us that if we peeled back our real feelings, if we froze that moment in time and were honest about who we were, the possibilities were endless. We toured a ton. Sometimes too much. We lost friends. We lost relationships. And we gained memories that no one will ever truly understand except the people who were in that van driving across the country. We knew nothing about the industry. We knew even less about ourselves. We just knew we had each other.We wanted to prove to ourselves that we could do it. And we did. This album is proof that if you stick with it, if you grind and you come together, you can will your dreams into existence.
