I haven’t posted in about 8 months, thought I’d post one more while I’m still in my 30’s. Officially 40 tomorrow. 👴🏻🥺🤣. If you need me I’ll be home stretching watching MPC X SE vids. #akaimpc #sampleflip #samplechops #mpcxse #akaipro #drumetrics #keepthesoundalive #getoffmylawn by @joshjohnz

Last week I grabbed an old Detroit Soul record on a whim for a single artist featured. The one song couldn’t have been any better. I’m of the belief this will be a future favorite. #bettye #saturdaysoul #mpclive #keepthesoundalive #vinylchops #45rpm #hiphop #beatmakingvideo #madlib #jdilla #boombap #detroitsoul #jzone #lofi #lofihiphop #mpls #mn by @joshjohnz

I think I’ve had this P-6 a year now and never posted anything. Shocking I know. Thing is a blast to use and the sample rates are great. Sequencer probability is a feature I slept on also. #keepthesoundalive #samplebasedhiphop #boombaphiphop #samplechops #rolandp6 by @joshjohnz

Still probably my favorite sampler. Rocking an actual bass line on it is my favorite too. Headphones or speakers to hear that. #teenageengineering #po33ko #keepthesoundalive #samplebasedhiphop #boombaphiphop #samplechops by @joshjohnz

👴🏻 I haven’t been here in a while, feels weird. Let’s get back to the regularly scheduled program. Get off my lawn. #keepthesoundalive #mpclive #samplebasedhiphop #boombap #soulsamples by @joshjohnz

Live from the dining room table, and loving this sampler. Embrace the limitations, and keep the sound alive. #ep133koii #ep133 #teenageengineering #samplechops by @joshjohnz
