It's crazy how much can change in a single year. I lost a lot this year so I decided to dive deeper into my training and it paid off with tournament wins super fight wins and even a Muay Thai fight win. I met amazing teammates who became my brothers quickly and coaches that never gave up on me no matter my emotions. 22 to 23 was a time I began to choose myself now it's time to prove myself. Thank you to everyone who helped me throughout this year I truly do love you guys. by @joshn2732

Once again @ryancaraveo came to Michigan yet again had a great conversation and amazing show. This was my first concert ever going alone and honestly it was the most fun I had couldn't ask for a better night. Can't wait for the next one taken in El Club by @joshn2732

We train hard so we can take hard fights, we dont look for the easy wins because no one feels accomplished after fighting a bum. We are so proud of the growth these MTT competitors have made in and out of the ring.

Tonight I had my first Muay Thai and I GOT THE DUB. I couldn't be more proud of myself I did so much in camp and out of it. Thank you to everyone from @michigantopteam for helping me get here and a special thank you to @_jxck.c for making me a confident striker and another huge thank you @mcmoodie_ow for helping and dealing with me as I cut weight for the first time.
