Wanna come sailing - or learn? Let’s go for a Summer Sail!

I’ve been sailing for 35 years, and this summer, it’s given me the *best summer break* from the computer I can remember. This is a Miami boy’s version of ‘touching grass’!

and, surprise surprise - our lakes in #salzkammergut are GREAT for sailing!

Why #Traunsee? 1) Lots of wind 2) gorgeous mountains but (most importantly) it’s got 3) @salt_sailing and a FLEET of gorgeous sailboats big and small - and if you *really* wanna tune up your skills - @tom_saltlake or @christian.kargl (and all of our ‘Michis’) are the best in biz.

If you, friends, family are thinking of an afternoon cruise or doing a proper sailing course (in English, of course!!!) just reach out to me or e-mail office@salt.co.at by @joshsampiero

… and surely past 40 degrees in Wien!

Did you ditch the city for the lake this weekend? Where did you go?

Day 1 of a little wander!

This is NOT a race. It’s an adventure. You start somewhere, you go somewhere. Decisions are made along the way.

Long day on the legs for pretty much everybody - including me on the (moto) bike 😅

Simple as that.

The crew at @lakebasetraunsee giving me something to shoot other than the kids. @salt_sailing giving us a cruise. by @joshsampiero

I’ve got a new favorite place, and barely any of y’all know about it. Who knows where (exactly?!?!)

… and the best part: there’s always something to do, whether it’s boats with @salt_sailing, or boards with @lakebasetraunsee, or a hike or a bike ride or a barbecue. Life is good on the lake!

Now we just need @tom_saltlake to kick his ‘männerschnupfen’ and get back to the boats!
