Healing is not linear..

My story is mine and mine alone. I owe no one nor no entity any form of explanation as to who and why I am. I am a cosmic being sent here for one purpose. To share my love.

I have found myself in one of the most awakening moments in my life yet again. Only this time. I’m finding it difficult to love myself and find motivation. I have picked up many forms of meditation and healing practices over the last couple of years however i now fully understanding the scope while incorporating my own practices in the craft. I will say, the amount of peace and quiet I have been experiencing and its helpfulness in regard to my mental and physical state has done wonders. Just gotta keep swimming and allowing my self and Damien to find peace in this crazy world. Till then, I will be the crybaby in your story. Because my depth of emotion is too far deep for anyone to comprehend. That alone is why I can stay afloat.

What I do know is that we have made it this far.

I don’t ask for sympathy. I don’t ask for help. I don’t ask for pity. All I ask is throughout this lifetime. You pay attention to how hard I punch life in the mouth and the heart I held. I have gone through many lifetimes. I’ll be damned if I don’t get this one right. So, pay attention to how much gr888ter I will become. You’ve seen nothing yet. I will no longer allow my past to control my narrative. I don’t wanna be scared anymore. I am tired of crying every day and night. I reclaim all my power for all those who drained it out of me. I take back what’s mine. You will no longer DEFINE ME.
