September was one for the books.

A month filled with some of the best connections, new friendships, challenges, opportunities, and plenty of moments that reminded me to stay present and grateful.

My birthday, new experiences, pushing myself physically and mentally, and being around people who continue to inspire me …all of it had a purpose. I give glory to the most high God.

Moving with more intention. Growing through every experience. Appreciating the people I’ve crossed paths with along the way.

September brought a lot, and I’m grateful for all of it.

I wanted to quit. There’s a point in every race where your body says “done” and you decide whether it gets the final word.

Phenomenal @infinityxfitnessracing event.

This one really challenged me and pushed me outside my comfort zone. But honestly, I wouldn’t have made it through without the people around me pushing me, encouraging me, and riding with me every step of the way.

That’s what I love about this community. We show up, we push each other, and we get better together.

Felt good to be home in San Diego and back out running with PB Run Club. There’s something special about being surrounded by motivated runners who show up, put in the work, and push each other to get better.
