Progress over Perfection.
If there is one key takeaway I have learned over the many years of training, it is Progress over Perfection. Showing up and being accountable to the process is key. Most importantly, trust the process. All of my clients over the years have heard me say this repeatedly. If you need help, reach out! I'll be happy to get you squared away and give you the tools & knowledge to be the best version of YOU.

Natalya has been absolutely killing it! So proud of her and all the ass kicking she does on a daily basis. You only have growth when you step outside your comfort zone!

What a fun weekend! Competition is done and many data points have been recorded and collected for next time! I learn so much through these preps for competitions and there really is no orher way to know yourself better than to expose all those vulnerabilities. Already planning my prep for the next one! I got asked by a client of mine what key takeaways I got from this show and I gotta say, no matter how lean you think you are, you can be leaner! And posing is key!
Thank you all for the messages and love! I sure do appreciate it! taken in Allegiance Training Facility by @joshua__hoffman

3 generations of Hoffman right here! My Dad got me started in a garage gym throwing around concrete weights and nothing was olympic. I can now repay the favor training him and my nephew at one of the finest gyms west of the Mississippi!
