I’m curious. Do ya’ll think the black church is killing the future gospel music and new artists?
I really wanna hear your thoughts on this. by @joshua_arnoux

Most books tell you how to win.
“10 steps to your next level.”
“Secrets to success.”

But How to Fail in Gospel Music takes a different approach.

This book is about helping gospel artists avoid the mistakes, traps, and blind spots that keep careers stuck before they ever really start moving.

Sometimes success isn’t about doing more. It’s about avoiding the wrong moves.

For $25, this might be one of the most valuable investments a gospel artist can make.

Most people aren’t stuck because of gatekeepers… they’re stuck because they’re waiting for permission.

I used to think I just needed the right room, the right connection, the right person to say “you’re in.” But after a while I realized something—some tables were never meant for me.

So I stopped asking.

For the last 5–6 years, I’ve been building:
• my own label
• my own management company
• my own collective
• my own opportunities
• my own book — How to Fail in Gospel Music

Not because it was easy… but because it was necessary.

Here’s the truth most people won’t say:
If you don’t build something, you’ll always be trying to fit into something.

And that’s exactly why I’m doing this intensive.

April 17th isn’t about motivation… it’s about showing you how to actually build—so you don’t have to keep asking where you belong.

If you’re tired of waiting, overlooked, or feeling like you’re not getting the opportunities you deserve… this is your moment to shift that.

Registration closes April 14th. No exceptions.

You have to sell yourself if you want people to hear your music and if you want to get fans. Listen to this a few times. I hope it sinks in. by @joshua_arnoux

God has infinite power and infinite resources. That’s why He is Lord.

For those of you who may not know, I’m a Christian, and I believe that Jesus is Lord. He has no equal, and there is no one who can compare to Him. He is the Infinite King with infinite power and infinite authority.

When I wrote this song, it was important to say something that would inspire God’s people to praise Him. Calling Him the Infinite King is my way of declaring that God is in a class all by Himself.

Nothing anyone says or does can diminish His power, His authority, or His glory.

I’m so grateful to know Him as my Savior and my God.

What about you?

S/o to the 2 amazing vocalists on this song @shontellesings901 and @iamjoshcopeland produced by @paul_engram

This song doesn’t disappoint nor does it mis the mark on giving God praise. TGBTG by @joshua_arnoux

This is Maddie Ashman @maddieashman an artist with a sound and style all her own.

She’s playing a microtonal guitar (or at least one that’s tuned microtonally). She can also play in standard tuning and has an incredible voice. She’s built a fan base, collaborated with Jacob Collier, and carved out her own lane.

This music may sound strange to you, but there are people who have been searching for a sound—and an artist—just like this.

What’s my point?

You have your own sound, your own look, and your own vibe.

Stop trying to be someone else. Stop chasing someone else’s sound.

Be you.

If you don’t, your true fans may never find you. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Your followers probably aren’t seeing your posts. ‼️

You’re so worried about getting on people’s nerves or hurting your artist brand by posting the same clip over and over again.

Stop.

If you aren’t posting consistently—even multiple times a day—you dramatically reduce your chances of your music being discovered.

Here’s the reality: Instagram isn’t designed to show every post to all of your followers. It’s designed to show people the content it’s most likely they’ll engage with.

If someone watches cat videos all day… they’ll see more cat videos.

If they watch fight videos… they’ll see more fight videos. (Guilty. 😂)

If they engage with gospel music, Instagram is more likely to keep showing them gospel music.

So if you want people to discover your song, don’t be afraid to post it—a lot.

Stay consistent. Stay visible. Keep posting. by @joshua_arnoux

Do you really need to know everything? Chances are, if you knew when everything was going to change, you’d probably do less work, drop the ball and mess it all up. Part of the journey is being surprised and discovering new things. Don’t mess it up by thinking you need to know EVERYTHING. Just keep going it’s going to break and you’re going to have your big break. Trust me. I know. by @joshua_arnoux

A Rolls-Royce has a retractable hood ornament?! 🤯 That’s crazy.

I had no idea… so I went outside to try it for myself.

Then I remembered… I don’t own a Rolls-Royce. 😂

Since I can’t show you that, I can at least put you onto some music that’s worth listening to.

🎵 Check it out on Amazon Music, Spotify, Apple Music, or wherever you stream music. You can also watch the official music videos from Cultivated Collective on YouTube.

Featured Songs:
• @anisaworships — I Mean Jesus All The Way (1M+ streams)
• @cultivated_collective — Infinite King
• Cultivated Collective — I’m Cultivated
• Cultivated Collective — Anything Can Happen

If you check one out, come back and tell me which one became your favorite. by @joshua_arnoux

You can’t blame anybody but yourself.

Want more people to discover your music? Then show up consistently.

Most artists think they have a music problem. They don’t. They have a consistency problem.

People can’t support music they never see.

The artists who win aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who keep showing up while everyone else disappears.

The choice is yours. 🤷🏽‍♂️
