Dear, Dad

The happiness you brought to our family was more than any of us could ask for. You brought me joy at the darkest of times, gave me hope when my depression was taking me down. I will no longer feel empty and fight for you. I promised to make you proud before you passed, you told me to be strong so I will hold back my tears. You told me to take care of mom so I will be their with her through every step. I will overcome every obstacle for you. The lessons you have taught I will bring into the real world. I promise to make you proud and provide for the family. Just watch over us and guide me through the right path. Thank you for everything you have done and I value your work more than you know it.
