At FiT PRiNT, we help busy humans who dread gyms spice up their lives with approachable fitness. 
For both of us, fitness was an outlet. I found strength overcoming the childhood trauma of being physically abuse, homelessness, and not having parents. Kim started weightlifting in high school to get stronger and feel more empowered to get through body image struggles she had growing up.  
And that’s the thing—fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or looking a certain way. It pours into every part of life—like mental health, self-worth, and resiliency.

Fitness can be that safe space and anchor for anyone.

No PR today. Not even close.

Sleep’s been rough - with the kiddos.

Life’s been loud.

My legs & heart knew it before I did 😭

For a long time, every race was a test: faster than last time or it didn’t count.

Today reminded me that’s a terrible way to love something.

We got our entire family out this morning to do something active.

& Marcel did his first 5k!

2 months ago we found out we need to move!

Things have been crazy but starting to settle down finally 🤞🏽

Building a biz, having a family, moving with these interest rates 😓, trying to exercise daily and simply exist without 1000mg of caffeine ain’t for the faint of heart.

Also im still on my journey of breaking a 5k under 20 mins and I ain’t going to quit 😅🥹😭

This Sunday wraps the last 8 weeks and lets see if we can PR

Blessed a lot & stressed a lot!

My head is all over the place with gratitude and yet hunger for more.

My tolerance for stress seems to be much lower these days simply because I have way more to lose now.

Finding that balance is key yet the most challenging task.

I think the life of any parent & entrepreneur is such of a rollercoaster literally whipping you all over the damn place.

So many things to say yet what comes to mind is…blessed

They say you can measure a man’s intelligence by simply seeing if he achieved the things he set out to do - and well if the bar is always moving what is a man to do 😅😬
