TODAY, I CELEBRATE MORE THAN A BIRTHDAY –I CELEBRATE PURPOSE.

Today, 31st August, I pause with gratitude to God for the gift of life, the journey behind me, the lessons that shaped me, the challenges that strengthened me, and the possibilities that lie ahead.

My journey has not been without uncertainty, setbacks and silent battles- but every chapter has refined my character, strengthened my resilience and deepened my purpose.

As an Environmental Scientist and Natural Resources Management & Climate Change professional, I have learned the value of stewardship, sustainability, resilience and protecting the resources upon which generations depend.

Today, as I serve in the Judiciary of Kenya, my professional journey has taken another profound dimension the pursuit of justice, integrity, accountability and the rule of law. I carry both worlds with me: protecting our natural heritage and contributing to the administration of justice and public service.
I am not settling for where I am. There is more to learn, more to build, more to serve and a greater impact to create.

My choices remain clear: purpose over applause. Impact over popularity. Excellence over mediocrity. Character over convenience. Legacy over recognition.

As I enter another year, I carry gratitude for yesterday, courage for today and an unwavering vision for tomorrow.

My ambition is simple but bold: to serve with integrity, excel with distinction, advance justice, champion environmental responsibility and climate resilience, and leave a legacy that outlives me.

To my family, friends, colleagues, mentors and everyone who has supported, challenged, encouraged or prayed for me- -thank you. You are part of my story.

Today, I do not merely add another year to my age. I add another year to my purpose, experience, courage, vision and legacy.

Here's to another year of becoming. I am grateful for how far I have come. I am excited about where I am going. And I am ready for what comes next. The best chapters of my story are not behind me. They are ahead of me.

Taking a closer look at the mathematical interpretations of fate and social interaction, ideally, the probability of two people meeting is 0.00487%; while the average person encounters 745231 people in their lifetime. In that case, I would say the so-called "LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT" is nothing but a trick writers use to deceive people.

As we navigate the complexities of adulthood, we may discover that our values, perspectives, and social status haven't been fully tested at all. After all, this is the real world, not a miniseries, and there aren't so many whirlwind marriages and divorces. So, you should rein in that briefly surging hormone of yours. by @joshumaster

Another year has been added to my story, not merely in numbers, but in lessons carved into the soul.

I have walked through valleys where shadows taught me patience, and climbed hills where light revealed my strength. Every scar is a sentence, every triumph a stanza, and together they form a poem of becoming. My gratitude goes to the Almighty God for walking with me through the unfortunate moments of life; not forgetting my loved ones too.

Today, I do not just celebrate the passing of time, I honor the journey of growth, the courage to rise after falling, and the quiet hope that keeps me moving forward.

This new chapter calls me to dream deeper, to live truer, to love louder, and to give myself fully to the purpose placed within me.

May this year be not just about existing, but about becoming–becoming more than I was yesterday, and closer to who I was always meant to be. This year, I rise stronger, deeper, and unstoppable.
