For the past 10 weeks @dgarlington_creates and I have had the honor and privilege of guiding these beautiful souls through a 200 hour Power Yoga teacher training! I’m so incredibly proud of each and every one of you for the hard work you’ve put in, staying open to learning and growth, and sticking with it/ trusting the process through the highs and lows. I’m reminded of my first 200 hour training back in 2019- all the magical people and experiences it introduced me to. I’m so grateful for my yoga practice: it has played an instrumental role in healing me physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I’m grateful that I am able to share this gift with others. And I’m grateful to @hot8yoga for the opportunity to guide a new wave of teachers through this amazing journey. #yoga #yogis taken in HOT 8 YOGA by @josiahlips
