Whoever said double it and give it to the next person, preciate ya!

Anyways, a quick goodbye to Ellensburg, WA.
First, to my athletes, coworkers, and CWU itself. While being here, I’ve been able to grow as a coach, an individual, and develop more appreciation and love for the S&C industry. A huge part of that is because I got to coach the best athletes everyday and that made me love coming to work everyday. So much love and appreciation to my athletes and I pray that yall continue to succeed both in yalls sport and in life🤍

Next is to my community, to the friendships and brotherhoods that I’ve developed that helped make these past two years feel like home!🤙🏾

Onto the next… by @josifavendano

The DreamWorks no matter how bad the Pixar, but pics kinda fire… First gen smile!

What’s next? I would like to officially announce that I am going to be a Strength and Conditioning graduate assistant at Central Washington University while getting my masters in Athletic Administration! I’m thankful for the journey and connections WSU has provided for the past years here. The relationships I created here are relationships that will last a lifetime! Beyond blessed and blown away by the things God did as my time as an undergrad! On to the next…
