honestly, im taking this teacher fail as a job well done on my part by the girls saying “you did it so wrong”. ya feel? && who else is liking those classy jazz moves at the start of my contemporary ballet combo? ;) but seriously, sometimes i get overly distracted… and this is that. 💁🏼‍♀️

C O N S T E L L A T I O N S is heeeeere ✨

more to share behind the meaning of the solo SOON. 🥹

it has adapted and grown more since july 2022, and how i have thoroughly loved watching this dance take meaning and find purpose beyond what it did for me july-december. i truly believe when we move and activate the gifts within us - they truly never stop - that energy will forever live till the end of time.

this day, it truly felt like intercession for a fellow dancer who has been seriously injured, has endured much pain physically, mentally and emotionally — but is a living miracle now.

enjoy 🤍✨

some beautiful moments the last handful of weekends or so.

minus my precious kiddos. personal page post coming !

even when i feel as if so many don’t value me like id expect them to…. i remember that many do.

God is on the move. he’s shown me grace and mercy i don’t understand.
He’s speaking and moving in ways i know are rippling across my life and into others.

hold onto the ones that value you most - and don’t let them go…
hold onto the moments that bring you life…. because they are quickly passing us by.

i heard recently that you really don’t need to wait until retirement to live. because nowadays, most people won’t last that long. our body gives out, our mind gives out too.

so dance now. travel now. LIVE now and come alive. ✨ by @joss.moves
