It’s so easy to forget that your wedding should be about you — centered on love, not just the visuals.

There’s so much pressure to create the „perfect“ wedding and those Instagram-worthy pictures, but in my opinion (and something I’m still learning as a photographer), it’s really about:

Feeling // rather than worrying about every detail being perfect, focus on the emotions of the day.

Loving // rather than aiming for staged photos, center the day on genuine moments of connection with your partner and loved ones.

Celebrating // rather than stressing over timelines, let yourself enjoy the celebration with the people who matter most.

Soaking it all in // rather than rushing from one moment to the next, take time to pause, breathe, and truly live in the moment.

Making memories // rather than focusing solely on creating picture-perfect content, let the memories happen naturally — they’ll be the most meaningful.

Of course, and most importantly, just do what feels good for YOU on YOUR day. I’d love to capture it exactly as it truly is, while you stay fully present. 🖤

I had the honor of capturing the wedding day of @johannaleaki and @tom.kittner at @grossergarten this May — witnessing their love, the way they celebrate life, every little detail, and how deeply they cherish their people was truly something special. 🥹😭

vor einigen wochen hatte ich die ehre, gemeinsam mit @fotosamspiess die hochzeit von johanna & sebastian begleiten zu dürfen 🤍

was ich an der hochzeitsfotografie am meisten liebe: nicht die geplanten momente sind meist die schönsten. diese shots unter der trauerweide waren eigentlich nur noch ein kurzer spontaner moment am abend — und am ende wurden sie mit zu den schönsten momentaufnahmen, die ich seit langem festhalten durfte <3
