What if you didn’t simply travel to Mallorca, but allowed Mallorca to become part of your transformation?

This April, we invite you into an 8-day Renewal & Embodiment Immersion — a sacred journey through the landscapes, waters, mountains, villages, sacred sites, sounds, flavors, and crystalline energy of this extraordinary island.

Our home for the week is Finca Biniatzar, a beautiful Mallorcan estate nestled among ancient olive groves at the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana. From this sanctuary, we will move between deep practice and exploration… beginning our days in Sadhana, moving into teachings and embodiment work, and allowing the island itself to become part of the experience through pilgrimage, meditation, nature, adventure, sound, movement, nourishing food, and meaningful connection.

And while Kundalini Yoga is woven into the experience, this is not a Kundalini retreat.

Kundalini Yoga is a technology of consciousness that we will use as a way of enhancing our experience of Mallorca…. refining the nervous system, opening the senses, cultivating vitality, and becoming more available to the subtle dimensions of what surrounds us. Through pranayama, mantra, meditation, movement, sound, and conscious awareness, the practice becomes a doorway into experiencing the island, and yourself, in a deeper way.

This is not about stepping away from life.

It is about stepping more fully into it.

It is about creating enough space to release what has become dense, reconnect with vitality, awaken the senses, and remember what it feels like to experience yourself from a different frequency.

Sacred pilgrimage. Mountain and ocean. Ancient places. Sound and silence. Movement and stillness. Deep practice and spontaneous joy. Nourishment, exploration, connection, and integration.

A full-on, high-frequency immersion into a new experience of you.

Come curious. Come open. Come ready to experience Mallorca in a way you may never have experienced it before.

April 3–10, 2027 | Mallorca

Early Bird: $3,300 through September 30.
Payment plans are available.

“When the student is ready, the teacher appears.” For a long time, many of us spend our lives waiting for that external guide—someone on a pedestal to clear our confusion and hand us all the answers. But as the old “guru model” rapidly shifts, we are forced to ask: where do we actually turn for real guidance? When we tune in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo, we aren’t bowing to a person in the room. We are honoring the divine wisdom that came before us and, most importantly, bowing to the divine teacher within ourselves. Searching externally for what already lives inside you misses the core truth of the practice.

The real teacher is with you 24/7, right up until your very last breath. The work isn’t about finding someone outside yourself to follow; it’s about building a practice that clears the noise so you can finally hear your own inner voice. When you truly connect with that internal guidance, you stop negotiating with your truth, you no longer crave outside validation, and you begin holding yourself accountable to your highest self. Don’t spend your life waiting for a guru to show up…don’t disappoint your ultimate teacher….

Your sadhana is deeply personal. No one can do it for you. No one is keeping score. It is a sacred promise between you and the Divine.

Not because someone told you to. Not because you’re trying to become someone else. But because your soul is asking you to remember who you already are.

You don’t need a perfect practice. Begin with three minutes. Cat Cow… Breath of Fire.. Addiction Meditation.

Watch what happens. With sadhana, you become the calm presence within the storm. Without sadhana, life has a way of pulling you into reaction. The world around you may not change, but your relationship to it does.

Your intuition becomes clear. Your presence becomes radiant. Your trust deepens. What once felt like obstacles begin to reveal themselves as blessings.

Don’t force transformation. Simply commit to the practice. The habits that no longer serve you will naturally fall away, and the life meant for you will begin to emerge.

This is the gift of sadhana. It is not about becoming more. It is about removing what keeps you from experiencing the Divine already within you.

As you change, things fall away. It’s uncomfortable, it’s disorienting, and it feels like a total void.

In Kundalini technology, we know that before the energy can rise, it has to shake the foundation. The Kriyas of life aren’t always smooth; they are designed to break the old containers. When your life, your career, your relationships, or your environments start dissolving, you are entering the neutral mind…the uncomfortable, awkward limbo of the unknown.

We are so conditioned to live a transactional life, operating purely from the ego’s formula of cause and effect. But true spiritual rebirth requires you to sit in the “I don’t know.” It demands that you trust the screaming of your soul over the comfort of your current contracts.

Guru Nanak spoke beautifully about this state of surrender. He taught that the greatest barrier to truth is Haumai…the ego-sense of “I-ness” that tries to micro-manage, manufacture, and control every outcome. Guru Nanak’s wisdom reminds us with Man jeetai jag jeet that when we conquer the mind, we conquer the world.

“By quieting the mind, you stop trying to force the answers. You stop trying to build the path, and instead, you become the path.”

When you finally make the commitment to step into the solitude and quiet the ego, you enter the state of Sunnia… the deep, cosmic silence. In that stillness, you aren’t developing the answers; they are flowing through you. The universe begins acting anonymously on your behalf, dropping serendipities, synchronicities, and perfect coincidences to guide your feet.

It takes true, unconditional love for yourself to endure the awkwardness of this transition and say: this is what my soul needs.

Some might call this inward turn “selfish.” But when we look at the deeper reality, aligning with the True Self is the ultimate act of service. By becoming your own guru, your own teacher, you elevate your vibration, which in turn elevates the collective.

Life goes on, but it doesn’t have to go on the way it used to. Trust the discomfort. Trust the void. The other side of the limbo is waiting

The union of the divine feminine and masculine is not about possession, expectation, or attachment. It’s about two energies meeting in their wholeness…fully present, fully aware, and free from the need for a specific outcome.

Imagine being able to connect deeply with another person without creating a story about what it should become. To share, communicate, and experience life together without grasping, controlling, or projecting a fantasy onto the connection.

This kind of union asks for awareness. Awareness of where your thoughts arise, where your intentions are rooted, and whether you’re moving from fear or from truth. When you continue returning to your heart, something powerful begins to happen.

The attachment falls away.

Not because you force it. Not because you fight it. But because what is real no longer needs to be held onto. What is aligned remains, and what isn’t naturally dissolves.

This is the deeper practice: allowing the masculine and feminine within you…and around you.. to come together in harmony without needing to own, define, or secure the experience. From that place, connection becomes freer, purer, and more authentic.

Return to the heart. Practice daily. Even a few minutes of breathwork, movement, or meditation can help you release attachment and embody a love that is rooted in presence rather than expectation.

This Blue Moon is illuminating what’s been holding you back…. old fears, subconscious blocks, and the attachments that keep you from stepping into something new. The mask is being ripped off.

If your intuition is calling you toward a different path, listen. You don’t need to have all the answers. The growth begins with trusting the unknown.

The period between this moon and the June 20 Solstice is a powerful window for rebirth. Commit to what your soul is asking of you. Meet that calling with both desire and discipline, and then fully commit to it. Make it a non-negotiable contract with yourself.

This is also a beautiful time to sit quietly with whatever arises. Emotions, memories, grief, inspiration, or unexpected clarity may surface. Rather than pushing them away, allow yourself to witness them, process them, and let them move through you.

As the old falls away, space is created for new opportunities, deeper purpose, and greater alignment with your destiny.

Memorial Day is more than remembrance. It’s honoring the men and women who stood together for something greater than themselves… with courage, sacrifice, and unwavering belief. They fought side by side, willing to give everything for what they believed was right.

Their legacy reminds us to ask ourselves:
What do we truly stand for?
What truth are we being called to live?

Rather than dying for a purpose, we are being asked to live in honor…to live aligned with our heart, intuition, and highest calling.

The deeper lesson is in the collective. Those who served moved as one… supporting, protecting, and uplifting each other through the darkest moments. Today, that same collective energy is where healing, love, trust, and transformation exist.

When humanity comes together with awareness, purpose, and unity, we create a more conscious and connected world for all.

Starting tomorrow through the Summer Solstice, join us daily on Zoom (LINK IN BIO) at 4:00 AM ET for a special 2.5-hour sadhana. This practice focuses on the mantra Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru... a foundational teaching of Yogi Bhajan often called the "Morning Call," "Adi Shakti Mantra," or "Long Chant."

This sacred sound current acts as a powerful bridge between individual and universal consciousness. By vibrating through each of the chakras and charging the solar centers, the cycle of these syllables works to liberate the practitioner from the cycle of karma and align the spirit with the divine.

“This mantra is known as the Ashtang Mantra for the Aquarian Age. It will open the solar plexus, which in turn will charge the solar centers. The person will get connected with the Cosmic Energy, and thus will be liberated from the cycle of time and karma. Those who meditate on this mantra in silence will charge their solar centers and be one with the Divine. That is why I speak to you of why we should meditate and recite this mantra.

All mantras are good, and are for the awakening of the Divine. But this mantra is effective, and is the mantra for this time. So my lovely student, at the will of my Master, I teach you the greatest Divine key. It has eight levers, and can open the lock of time, which is also of the vibration of eight. Therefore, when this mantra is sung with the Neck Lock, at the point where prana and apana meet sushmuna, this vibration opens the lock, and thus one becomes one with the Divine.

This mantra has eight vibrations, and describes the glory of God. Thus said the Master, ‘In the time period two-and-a-half hours before the rising of the Sun, when the channels are most clear, if the Mantra is sung in sweet harmony, you will be one with the Lord.’”

Stop seeking logic and start moving into trust. When you stop trying to over-calculate your life and instead lean into the truth of who you are, you begin to self-correct naturally. Awareness is the key: it’s the ability to catch a thought, check your intention, and ask if you are acting from a place of manipulation or pure alignment. When your awareness becomes sharp, the barrier between you and the divine disappears, allowing universal love to flow through you as one continuous stream.

We are heading into a time where this planet needs beacons of light more than ever. This isn’t about a "save the world" complex—it’s about the quiet, disciplined work of loving yourself first. By staying connected to a higher consciousness and maintaining your inner peace, you naturally become an example for others. You don’t have to fix everything at once; you just have to be the frequency you wish to see in the world.

Changing the world starts with changing your vibration. It requires a daily commitment to stay connected, a deep desire for truth, and the discipline to choose love even when things feel heavy. We have our work cut out for us, but as we heal ourselves, we shift the frequency of the entire planet. Stay committed to the light, trust the process, and let love be your only compass.

There’s a threshold you can cross into grief...and in that space, something profound reveals itself: grief is love. It’s love that was so deep, so alive, it moved through you in a way that left an imprint. And when you allow yourself to truly sit with it, you begin to see beyond the heaviness..you start to feel the beauty, the blessings, and even the joy that lived inside that experience.

Grief becomes a doorway. Not just into pain, but into appreciation. Into the realization that you were open enough, courageous enough, to love that deeply. And in that remembering, there’s a quiet joy...a gratitude for having felt something so real. That joy doesn’t disappear in grief; it’s woven into it. It’s the evidence that love is there.

As you move through it, you begin to see how that love has shaped you—how it’s refining your path, expanding your heart, and guiding you forward with more clarity. You start to recognize what you truly desire, what aligns, and what no longer deserves your energy. There’s a shift... you stop shrinking, stop compromising, and begin standing fully in your own frequency.

From this place, self-love becomes non-negotiable.

It may feel unfamiliar, even selfish at first...but it’s actually sacred. In Sanskrit, "Ish" points to the divine within...the Self as God. And in honoring that within you, you become your own guide. Your own teacher. You trust your inner knowing, rather than seeking constant validation outside of yourself.

Community, teachers, and shared experiences still matter—they support and reflect your growth. But ultimately, it’s you who integrates the lessons, who chooses how to move, who transforms grief into wisdom, and love into a way of being.

And from that place, you don’t just heal...you expand. You carry forward not just the memory of love, but the joy of it.

Love is how it spreads—through each of us becoming a beacon of light in service. By simply showing up in the world with presence, a smile, and genuine connection, we move toward victory in what’s unfolding on this planet. We may not “win” in the way we expect, but through devoted practice, community, love, and God, we cannot lose. by @jot.simrit
