Digging through the archives and revisiting some of my work from eight years ago.

Some classics. Some experimental. Some ideas I’d probably approach very differently today.

That’s one of the things I love about this industry — styles change, techniques evolve, and you never stop learning.

Joth after Covid ➡️ Joth now 🔥

Since day one, Joth has put a massive focus on improving both his health and his physique and I think the pictures speak for themselves.

He’s 99% on it, all the time. Training, nutrition, consistency he gets the work done. But he also understands that life still needs to be lived. He enjoys time with his family, has his downtime and has built something that’s actually sustainable

It hasn’t all been plain sailing either

Joth has had injuries to work around, and believe me, they frustrate the absolute life out of him 😂But one thing he never does is give up

If he can’t do something, we adapt it
If something hurts, we work around it
If progress slows down, we keep going

He still turns up. He still trains. He still puts the work in

And that’s why years later, he’s still progressing

You don’t need perfection

You need consistency, patience and the willingness to keep showing up when things aren’t going your way

22 years ago today, we said “I do” in the beautiful village of Deià, Mallorca. ❤️

Through all the adventures, the challenges, the laughter, and everything in between, there’s still no one I’d rather share this life with.

What a week… ❤️🇬🇷

We came to Skiathos for a family holiday and to celebrate the wedding of two very special people @danielejayne & @shaun.m.b It became a week we’ll never forget.

We shared laughter, sunshine, incredible food, beautiful memories, and celebrated a love story that reminded us all what really matters.

There were tears too, as we said goodbye to someone deeply loved, making the wedding even more emotional and meaningful. It was a powerful reminder that love has a way of carrying us through life’s hardest moments.

Feeling incredibly grateful for the time spent with family, for the memories we’ve made, and for the people who make life so special.

Today I’ve had the pleasure of filming at @savillsbarbers and interviewing @joth_davies about his legendary career as a barber. 💈

We’re making a short documentary about the shop and it has been so insightful hearing about its history, especially after coming here for haircuts for some time now! ✂️
