From Acatenango, Guatemala, comes Chualax Gesha 2722, part of our FILTER EDITIONS selection. Discover the farm and people behind this coffee.

Santa Felisa was established in 1904, with Chualax joining the family’s farms in the mid-1970s. A coffee story spanning generations.

In 2012, siblings Anabella and Antonio Meneses began planting Gesha at Chualax, preserving native trees to shade the coffee plants.

This coffee uses the Orange Honey process, named “Fire” by Santa Felisa. The cherry skin is removed, and the coffee dries with some of its natural sticky fruit layer still attached.

In the cup: floral notes, nectarine and fresh grapes, with honeyed sweetness and a delicate almond finish.
