Happy heavenly gotcha day, Joule Bug💚

Sometimes I dream about you, knowing you're going some place I can't join, and when I wake up I feel lost all over again.

Called Zeta by your name the other day. She has your spunk and your intelligence. I knew you picked her out for me for a reason. You probably would have hated her and asked us to take her back.

My life has changed a lot these past two years, and I'm sad you aren't here for it. You would have loved my late nights writing, it would have been just like grad school. You could have listened to me talk out loud about it again. I'll find a way to fit you into these acknowledgements too, don't worry.

I've loved every dog I've owned, but the truth is - they aren't you. They never can be. You were my soul dog, and I'll feel that loss like none other for the remainder of my life. 💔 by @joule_bug

Pupdate from the heart holter🫀
Argon has ventricular tachycardia 🤦‍♀️ While the irregularities are few and asymptomatic, they are complex enough that he's starting on beta blockers immediately. He'll go through another holter monitoring, and again every year.

Bubby's first holter! Honestly a miracle we've made it 15 years into owning boxers without needing one of these 🫠

While it doesn't explain Argon's mystery illness, we're still hoping to get some insight into his newly discovered heart arrhythmia. by @joule_bug

Happy first gotcha day to the tiny terror herself 🥳 Found covered in snow in an Oklahoma ditch, now living the boujee Colorado girl lifestyle. Your sass and intelligence reminds me so much of Joule, and I'm positive her and Pascal conspired to pick you out for us 😘 by @joule_bug
