I’m so excited I finished my first junk journal! I started it in April at my first @southbayjunkjournalclub meet up and concluded it with @sfpenshow pages. I kept the cover blank not knowing how I wanted to decorate it. I eventually decided on using stickers that went with some of the pages in my journal… plus my friend’s dog! Should I do a flip through??? I’m excited to start Volume 2!

👻 It’s officially spooky szn 🎃 these are some of my favorite past Halloween costumes dating back to high school! My favorites would have to be Pikachu and Mulan. I also had to randomly include my friend’s couples costume as Jim and Pam from The Office because it was just so good! I’m so excited to finally use some @mimi.bugz Halloween goodies from my collaboration pack! Thank you so much for sending me such cute stickers and papers!

What’s in my @hey_soolla Studio Pouch?! I have been loving this stationery pouch since April when I impulsively purchased on a flight ✈️ It fits so much stuff, and I could totally fit more inside! Sticker anxiety is so real! Ever since I was a kid, I would hoard my cutest stickers and never use them! … and nothing has changed! I decided to make a notebook of “too cute to use now” stickers. The first ones are from @mimi.bugz! I need to look at them just a bit longer before making some adorable Halloween spreads! I used washi tape to place the stickers on the page without peeling the actual sticker. The right side of the page is glued down permanently with the cute business card and thank you note. I plan to make a mail club/stationery swap journal, and this will be the base. Who knows, I might change my mind later, but for now it’s a page of too cute stickers!

The stationery and journaling community has been so fun to be a part of this past year! I have enjoyed meeting new friends around the country and world and swapping stationery and letters! I also love sharing goodies from all my favorite artists and, of course, I have to obsessively max out the 1 oz stamp weight limit!

Another fun weekend in Seattle 💙💚 I always have to checkout @mochigrams when I’m in the city! I love their Seattle themed section of stationery items — I’m so happy the mountain + orca washi tape was in-stock this time! I also got a couple memo pads of Mount Rainier since we went there this trip and even saw a marmot (+ bear!). The main reason for this trip was to go to the Seahawks game! So of course, some football washi ended up in my bag!

Lastly, I learned about @happyhues.shop from @gsjunklife! This store is awesome! I think I blacked out because I only remembered to take a video of the ink bar! But there’s so many other cute items from local stationery stops. I got 3 ink samples and an ink sample holder! I’m so excited to try Kitty Inkpot for the first time!

I had the best time at the @sfpenshow with @jalmpa and @graciezc! I surprisingly didn’t buy any pens, but I did get several new inks! A few of my pens are empty, and I can’t wait to ink them up! Until next time!

I love my new clicky keychain from @pocketjoyshop! I’ve been wanting something like this for a while, and Pocket Joy was so kind to send me one! You can customize literally every part of the keychain — even the click! The first two letters are “creamy” and have more of a smooth click. The last two letters have a regular keyboard click sound. It’s sooooo satisfying! The last thing I’ll mention is the material feels so sturdy and high quality which is great for putting on a backpack or bag. Checkout Pocket Joy Shop on Etsy to design your own!
