THIS SUNDAY I’m hosting my 2/3 breathwork sessions at @horizonyoga 🎧🌬️

An opportunity to reset, realign and feel a little deeper!

Natural High
It’s heart-led specially curated journey of somatic breathwork, guided through headsets with intentional music that’s designed to connect you deeper with yourself

The NATURAL HIGH journey is an encouraging and uplifting breath experience designed to leave you feeling naturally elevated, embodied and fully present. Curated to evoke the emotions you need to feel to be the greatest version of yourself.

It’s a super intimate class and lovely introduction to the wonders of breathwork.
