TRIGGER WARNING: Abuse, suicide, childhood trauma

Unclench your jaw.
Relax your shoulder.
Fall into yourself.
Deep breath in. Hold for 3, 2, 1.
Now exhale.

I do what I do because I didn’t have the Nidal of today when I needed one. I survived the abuse and then survived my suicide ideation but, healing is beyond survival.

Let’s breathe deeper.
Hold, 3, 2, 1.
Let it all out.

Something special is unfolding...

Welcome to Journey, a holistic space created for HER by real lived experience. A dedicated space for women’s holistic healing, access to services, designed to support your mind, body, and spirit.

Through my healing journey, I’ve learnt some very special truths and have met some incredible people along the way. In reflecting on my many forms of therapy- what has worked and hasn’t worked for me, I saw that the intersection between my experience as as a woman and the services I was trying to access didn’t exist. The spaces for “belonging” and “becoming” were too far apart. I needed to close that gap or at least try. You never fully arrive to a healed state, it is an ever evolving journey, I invite you on this path with me. I can’t wait to share what I’ve been building for you.
