I’m BIONIC now. 😂🦿✨
Look at all that hardware!

But all I can hear is the song "Supersonic" by JJ Fad 😂
Or maybe it is my Superconscoius song....

For someone whose life and work are deeply rooted in spirituality, Buddhist practice, meditation, energy, intuition, and our incredible capacity to heal, I also have an IMMENSE amount of gratitude for Western medicine.

Because sometimes you need meditation, intention, love and light...

And sometimes you need a really talented surgeon and a whole bunch of metal to put you back together. 😂 I am profoundly grateful for ALL of it!

For the doctors and medical professionals who literally put the pieces back together!THANK YOU!

For my body doing the extraordinary work of healing.

For my friends and family who have shown up with their time, generosity, patience, laughter, and LOVE. THANK YOU!!!!!

For every message, prayer, meal, flower, visit, ride, check-in, and bit of healing energy sent my way. THANK YOUUUUU!!!

And maybe (of course there is) a little alchemy happening here too!!!

Sometimes we have to fall apart to put the pieces back together in a new way.

To see ourselves powerfully.
To discover a brighter light.
To find more determination.
More gratitude.

Some things hurt more than others. ❤️‍🩹

And even in the pain, I can choose where I put my focus.

Is it easy? Hell no!!!
😭😭😭💔💔💔

It takes repetition.
Practice.
Determination.
Commitment.

It takes choosing again and again where I place my energy, even when everything in me wants to focus on what hurts.

But it’s POSSIBLE.✨

Because I’m doing it.✨

I’m learning.
I’m growing.
I’m healing.

And every time my attention gets pulled back into the pain, I get another opportunity to practice choosing again.

I choose HEALTH.
I choose VITALITY.
I choose HEALING.
I choose GROWTH.
I choose LOVE. ❤️

Healing is happening.✨

And I’m committed to participating in it with everything I’ve got.

My circumstances may demand my attention. I decide where my POWER goes. 🔥

1. Your emotions create your reality.
2. Your past doesn't have to create your future.

Can you create a new neural pathway
in the next 2 minutes?
YESSS!!!!!
Here's how.

Your brain is constantly wiring itself based on what you repeatedly pay attention to. That means every time you interrupt an old pattern and consciously choose a new one, you're beginning to strengthen a different neural pathway.

Try this simple exercise:

The next time you catch yourself thinking...

"I can't have that." or "I have no choice!"

Don't argue with the thought.
Don't judge yourself for having it.
Simply pause....
Take one slow breath.

Then ask yourself:

"What would the person I am becoming (future you) think right now?"
Maybe your answer is:

✨ "I'm learning."
✨ "I'm capable."
✨ "I'm growing every day."

Now here's the important part...
Don't just say the words.

Pause for 20–30 seconds and actually feel what it would be like if that new thought were true!!! Like RIGHT NOW!

Your brain learns more effectively when attention and emotion work together. Each time you interrupt an old pattern, choose a new one, and connect it with a meaningful emotional experience, you're reinforcing a different pathway. The first time may feel unfamiliar, that's normal. With repetition, the new pathway becomes easier to access.

You don't have to wait until tomorrow to become someone.
You can begin with your very next thought.

Your past may explain where you've been...
It does not have to determine where you're going!
PHEW!

Learning about 𝙉𝙀𝙐𝙍𝙊𝙋𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙏𝙄𝘾𝙄𝙏𝙔 was one of the most important turning points in my life.

When I decided to change the way I thought and the way I perceived my experiences, everything began to shift.

The story I had been telling myself about my past started to change.
The story I believed about my future changed too!

I realized I didn't have to keep living by the rules written by old pain, old fears, old default patterns, or old versions of myself.

Every new thought.
Every new choice.
Every new perspective.

I was literally creating new neural pathways and teaching my brain a new way to experience life.

It has been one of the greatest gifts I've ever given myself.

Today, I choose to create from INFINITE possibilities instead of limitation.
From love instead of fear.
From the present moment instead of the past.

I truly believe we are infinite beings of love and light.
That's the life I choose to live.
And that's the light I choose to share. 💛

Once a New Yorker, always a New Yorker! 🗽⚾️

I still talk fast. I still move fast. And yes, I’m still proudly wearing my Yankees hat!

But the way I LIVE has changed.

Not because I moved to the South, but because I CHOOSE to live connected to the present moment, no matter where I am!!!

On a boat. In the mountains. Beside the ocean. Surrounded by nature. Or right in the middle of everyday life while working.

I choose to slow down, become still, listen, and embrace the extraordinary power of RIGHT NOW!!!

Because the magic isn’t somewhere else.
It isn’t waiting for the perfect place, the perfect circumstances, or the perfect time.

✨ The magic is here.
✨ The moment is now.
✨ And presence is available to everyone—wherever and whenever you choose it.

And I believe seeing it is choice!
I have chosen to look for magic while being sick.
I have chosen it after a car accident.
Through broken bones.
Through loss.
Through watching people I love decline.
Through pain, uncertainty, heartbreak, and some chapters of life I certainly wouldn't have written for myself.

And somehow, there is still beauty!
There is still laughter.
There is still a sunset that takes my breath away!
A friend who makes me laugh until my stomach hurts.
Music that makes me dance with my love🥰
A conversation that changes everything.

A tiny moment that reminds me how extraordinary it is simply to be here.
This is alchemy!!!

Taking ALL of the human experience and choosing what you will create with it.
